 
Inside, our spacious air-conditioned guest rooms are fully appointed with comfortable queen or king-size beds, and additional pull out sleep sofas. We have both one-bedroom units and two-bedroom (equipped with queen and full size beds) units available. Each room has a private, full size bathroom, and furnished dining/living area complete with kitchenette stocked with pots, pans, towels and dishes. Make some popcorn in the microwave and enjoy family movie night around the cable TV. Outside, enjoy the seabreeze from your private deck/patio (some with partial ocean views). Grab your laptop and enjoy our free wi-fi in our comfy deck chairs, or step out to the fire-pit in the back yard for some local chatter with the innkeepers or your neighbors. Feel like cooking up some burgers on the grill? No problem, you have full access to our barbecue area as well!
All rooms are double occupancy. $10 for each additional person. Price does not include 7% Maine Sales tax. A 50% non refundable deposit is required. We accept MasterCard, Visa, cash, travelers checks and money orders.
